The frame is constructed of 12 gauge steel and the high density contoured bench is vinyl with stitched seams. The Multisports MS-5000 Home Gym features the following exercises; press, pec deck, leg press, high and low pulley, leg extension/curl, ab crunch, preacher curl, mid-row and Hyperextension. The cables are nylon coated 2000 pounds test aircraft cables and the frame is finished with a spider white wrinkle coat.
